Screen printing is our keystone process, which continues to evolve with the industry. As fabrics become more sustainable and high-tech, it is imperative that we rethink our processes constantly. With this in mind, we use only low-temp inks, which cure at 70 degrees below most other inks. This minimizes heat related issues such as shrinking and color/dye migration.

Digital print process is an excellent option for detailed, multiple color designs. This process is applicable on light and dark cotton, polyester, or synthetic fabrics. Artwork is printed using water base inks in CMYK format directly onto a clear carrier sheet. The ink is then applied to the garment and the carrier sheet is disposed of. The intensity and opacity of the color of this process is far ahead of any other non-screen print options available in the market. Wash testing shows no visible loss of color at over 50 washes!

Embroidery is an alternative when screen printing is not ideal. This is our decoration method of choice for hats, bags, and jackets, with the versatility to accommodate most flat goods as well. Our addition of Tajima’s high performing TMAR-KC machine gives us better control over small text and cap designs. This results in higher quality finished products.
